1) All items are for pre-order. Orders will be placed every Wednesday, and shipments will be done every Friday.
2) All prices listed are inclusive of free local delivery within Singapore.
3) At the moment, most of our customers are from Singapore. However, we are able to accept limited orders for delivery to Malaysia. Please email redvelvet.smh@gmail.com for a detailed quote.
4) No cancellation or change of orders once payment has been made.
5) To place an order, email redvelvet.smh@gmail.com with :
- Item name & design
- Quantity
- Your name
- Your contact number (will be used to contact for delivery)
6) Payment can be made to POSB Savings 218-09649-2.
Please email your name, amount paid, and transaction reference after payment has been made.
7) Delivery will usually be between 3-4 weeks. My courier will contact you to make arrangements for delivery.
